Integrity Governance is a privately owned company dedicated to improving the effectiveness and value added to our society by boards, corporate directors and senior management teams who report to boards. 

The business is now headquartered in Victoria with international assignments conducted by team members in Australia, Asia, the Americas, Arabia and Europe. 

The affiliation between Integrity Governance and Board Leaders Network began in 2019.  Now Board Leaders Network is a new product to Integrity Governance. 

Board Leaders Network has been established as a community of directors to facilitate dialogue, engagement, education and contribute to the business of Integrity Governance to challenge and inform board members, CEOs’, chairpersons senior management through thoughtful conversation allowing people to develop new new-works in a safe environment. 

Following a review of the performance and profitability of the Board Leaders Network, the management of the Network has been refined with the creation of three inter dependent roles: 

The role we are advertising is: 

Board Leaders Network – Membership Sales & Business Development Associate

The business works as a virtual business from one regional Victorian administration hub with a team of staff and consultants that work from their own premises.   

This role location is flexible, however reliable internet and mobile coverage is essential. 

Initially we are looking for the successful person to work 2 days per week Tuesday and Thursday with the availability for the hours to increase.  You may be looking to work less hours or returning to the work force or increasing your current portfolio 


  1. Significant experience and success in delivery of sales results in a professional, high influence environment, ideally in a membership organization that works with directors and business leaders  
  2. High level computer skills and experience working with data bases 
  3. High level of English communication skills along with excellent phone manner 
  4. Excellent professional presentation when meeting with clients or attending formal functions 
  5. The desire to ’make a difference’ and help build the business 


An attractive salary package with variable incentives related to achievement of sales targets is on offer for the successful candidate.
